Golden Cabinet are a gig collective based out of Shipley, UK. They are doing some pretty interesting things in their area, bringing underground experimental music to Bradford. I have heard that it is not uncommon for concert-goers to travel for hours to get to their gigs, which have included live sets from Ekoplekz, Cut Hands and Pye Corner Audio, with August lineups including Shit and Shine and Vatican Shadow.
I asked Golden Cabinet to do something for Alien Jams and they got back to me with an amazing 90 minute mix. They also decided to start a series of GC mixes on mixcloud, so I’m looking forward to hearing more from these guys!
